AXXENT
AXXENT These professional AXXENT profiles offer a complete range of cornice, wall and skirtings, from classic to modern. The products are made from Duropolymer, a polymer mixture that is shock and water resistant, manufactured with high density and is 100% recyclable. These mouldings are very hard and shock resistant and are therefore ideal for use as skirtings and mouldings for door frames. In addition, the profiles on all AXXENT mouldings are very precise and sharp-edged, providing a refined finishing touch. BASIXX
This Orac Decor BASIXX article is a polystyrene strip of the latest production type. Thanks to DUROFOAM technology, these profiles are made from LDS polystyrene and are 100% recyclable. This production method was developed by Orac Decor in a revolutionary way. These profiles are characterized by a very innovative, young design and an exact reproduction of profile edges. The strips are pre-primed and can therefore easily be painted over with conventional ceiling or wall paints.
Fire class NMC
For the installation of nmc decorative profiles, fire classification according to DIN 4102 is not normally required, as the small quantities do not cause additional fuel to a fire. The strips can withstand heat of up to 80°C, then they begin to melt.

Durofoam
This quality plastic is characterized by its high density and hardness. This means that the profiles are not only extremely robust and durable, but also very light. The material is similar to high-quality Styrofoam.
Duropolymer
Duropolymer consists of a polymer with a high density. Duropolymer is therefore a very hard material from which the skirting boards and baseboards from Orac's AXXENT collection are made.
HDPS
The High Definition Polymer System (HDPS) developed by NMC combines cutting-edge technology with design. Products made from this material offer the following special properties: water-repellent and moisture-resistant, the primer was specially developed for optimal painting and coating, the microcellular foam has the ideal weight-to-hardness ratio and is therefore particularly resource-efficient, high environmental compatibility: recyclable, without formaldehyde, PVC and PCB.
Kamin
Fireplaces are made of polyurethane and are screwed and glued to the wall. Please note that Orac Decor fireplaces are for decorative purposes only and must not be used in conjunction with high heat and open fires (suitable for electric fireplaces). These are pre-primed and can be painted over and are available in two different variations. Please note the assembly instructions and the technical data sheet when processing.
LUXXUS
The LUXXUS program from Orac Decor contains a unique range of luxurious creative profiles and decorative accessories for design. This complete program for a stylish overall concept from corner and wall mouldings to skirtings, lighting systems and door frames, each with that certain something. The decorative mouldings are made of the high-quality plastic Purotouch (high-quality polyurethane). This material has proven its quality and allows for smooth installation, and the motifs, decorative elements and the profile edges shown on these decorative moldings are precise and sharp-edged. A primer film is applied to the LUXXUS profile mouldings so that they can be easily painted with "quality products".
Niche / decorative elements
Niches and decorative elements are attached to the wall. Niches can be glued to the wall, but can also be set into the wall with a niche back. These are pre-primed and can be painted over and are often used in conjunction with wall and door frames. These decorative elements are made of polyurethane.
NomaBeam bars
The NMC beams from the Noma Beam collection are made of polyurethane and are available in light oak and dark oak wood look. They are processed using a special adhesive and matching processing kit. In addition to the beams, which are available in lengths of 2m, 3m and 4m, there are also matching brackets and flat profiles.
Pilaster / Capital / Base
A pilaster is made up of three elements: base, shaft (flat profile) and capital. These are made of a highly compressed polyurethane and are intended for indoor use. A pilaster is similar to a half-column because it is glued to the wall. The straight shaft of a pilaster can be sawn to any height.
PS-Rigid foam
PS rigid foam is an extruded polystyrene rigid foam and has the following properties:- closed-cell rigid foam
- rotting-proof
- not very elastic
- not very moisture-resistant
PU-rigid foam
PU rigid foam stucco elements are made of polyurethane. Polyurethane is a high-quality material and has the following properties:- high wear resistance
- buckling and tear resistance
- good dynamic load-bearing capacity
- good/very good weather resistance
- good flexibility in a wide temperature range
Purotouch
Purotouch is a cast high-quality polymer based on high-density polyurethane. The Orac products in the LUXXUS collection are made of this material.
Pre-primed
All trims and other decorative elements are pre-primed. This means that the surface is smooth and matte, thus providing optimal paint adhesion.
Wall board and console
In addition to the decorative mouldings, the manufacturers Orac and NMC offer decorative and ornamental elements for wall design. Whether simple or playful with ornaments - wall boards and consoles are easy to install using the same procedure as for niches, are pre-primed and can be painted over. NMC also offers design elements for outdoor areas with its Domostyl collection.
